Ordering the Vox ADSL PBX - Two Steps
1. Order It
- Read through the product features, specifications and requirement
- Decide on the product option you require and click the “Buy” button to add this
to your cart. You may then check out to process the purchase
- Register as a new customer or Login
- Complete the online order and check the details on your order confirmation email
- Once your order has been placed the Vox Telepreneur accounts department will contact
you to confirm your order and process bank and credit approvals. Please have on
hand the following:
For Business Accounts:
Two (2) Contactable Trade References showing Company Name, Contact Person and Account
Number.
For Individuals:
A copy of an active and standing non-utility bill / alternatively you may submit
to a credit check in which case a copy of the individual's South African ID document
and account addressed to your current residential address is required.
- On Bank and Credit Approval the installations desk will contact you to schedule
your installation. The desk will also confirm your site and product specifications.
2. Install It
Vox has a carefully selected team of specialised installers. Vox will appoint and
schedule the installer with you, only one of Vox’s Certified Installers may install
and configure the Vox ADSL PBX.
The Vox ADSL PBX is available nationwide reaching out from key high-density business
centres: Greater Johannesburg and Pretoria and surrounds Bloemfontein Greater Cape
Town Wellington/Paarl Region Greater Durban Port Elizabeth
Outside these areas additional travel may be charged at R3.50 p/km. The installation fee includes mounting
and configuration of the main PBX switch. Installation of points is charged at R250.00
per point. Data and specialised voice network implementation, desktop support and
specifically customised installations are charged additionally.
Please Note:The Vox ADSL PBX is a business product
with skilled installation and configuration. Please bear this in mind when planning
for the delivery and implementation period. Average lead time is 7 working days.
Turn-around time on bank clearance (min of 3 days for debit order payments) and
credit approval is dependent on the customer’s bank and credit rating.
